Person Centred therapy 

The purpose of counselling is to provide you with a safe place to work through your current difficulties.   As a person centred counsellor, my emphases are on openness, honestly and trust within the therapeutic relationship.  The content of sessions will be determined by what you feel is  important to you and what will help you achieve your goals of therapy. You are the best person to decide what will work for you and your unique circumstances, I will be there you help you process your emotions and decide a way forward. Whatever you are experiencing, I am not there to judge or diagnose so I do not ask probing questions or give advice. I am there to offer support and empowerment to take control of your own future.
